REFLEXOLOGY

• Reflexology is a body-work therapy that induces relaxation and helps to restore balance. By manipulating the hands, ears and specifically the feet，it will deliberately harness the electrical impulses that control body’s natural functions. Treatments take the form of gentle tissue manipulations and should be relaxing, not painful.
• A reflexology treatment usually begins with a consultation including a series of questions about how you are feeling and about your medical history and any medical conditions you have(e.g. if feeling unwell, perhaps due to onset of flu/measles/mumps/ etc). 
• Assuming all is well, you can remove your shoes and socks, and relax on the sofa, then have a nice foot bath to clean and warm your feet. Lying on our comfortable massage bed, enjoy your both feet be massaged. Many people fall asleep, or at least enjoy a period of deep relaxation during the reflexology treatment. After your Reflexology treatment, it is good to drink a glass of water immediately which we will provide.
